Because of silk’s smooth, soft surface, delicate skin and hair follicles gently glide across the surface making it perfect for those with sensitive skin or conditions such as Eczema or Psoriasis. Silk is naturally hypo-allergenic and due to it’s natural resistance to moisture will not allow mildew or fungus to grow and will not pick up as much pore-clogging bacteria as cotton does.
Care Instruction for silk twill scarf.
Silk scarf can be washed and reused unlimited times with the right care.
Wash: Hand wash with cold water, always use pH neutral liquid detergent (wool or silk). Do not use powder detergent, hand soap, shampoo, body wash etc. Please do not soak and no fabric softener. No tumble dry, never dry clean.
Drying: Lay flat and line dry in the shade or indoors to avoid exposure to the sun. Pad dry (no need to wring), no bleach
Ironing: It is recommended to iron silk with low temperature steam on the steam ironing machine regularly.
Store: Put it in a ventilated place and avoid direct sunlight. Do not put camphor pill.
