Printed Label
This is the common and simple way to customize your brand silk items.
Generally, printed labels are in white or black polyester material.
Our default sizes are the following two: 35 x 90mm for pillowcases, bedding, pajamas, etc.
20 x 60mm for silk items such as hair bands, eye masks, etc.
Of course, it is also possible to customize the exclusive size of your label, and the color can also be changed, but the MOQ will be higher.

Woven Label

Screen Printing
Excellent spot color printing for highly saturated brand logos.
For silk eye masks, it is recommended to use the outer edge, with a size no larger than 5×5 cm.
For silk bags, it is recommended to use the front center area, and the size should be adjusted according to the bag type.
Of course, you can also customize your own label size, but the minimum order quantity will be higher.

Heat Transfer
Suitable for complex LOGO, gradient color or high-definition images, with strong detail expression.
No glue texture after transfer, keep the silk natural and smooth, and do not affect the wearing comfort.
High-quality transfer ink is washable (need to be hand washed at low temperature), not easy to crack or fade.
There are restrictions on the base color, dark silk needs to be pre-coated with a white base color, otherwise the pattern color is not bright enough.
Compared with embroidery, heat transfer can reduce the impact on the drape of silk.
